Awhile back, we posted a video on making Turkish coffee.

But since then we were alerted to this second video.  In this one, the coffee guide is none other than Mustafa Arat, the founder of TurkishCoffeeWorld.com.

Mr. Arat makes it look easy, easy easy!  And yes, the coffee is rich, strong and much simpler to make than espresso.  Plus, we like his quote about the coffee: "It should be black as hell - sweet as love."
